Admission Guidelines – Cosmic College of Nursing

At Cosmic College of Nursing, we are committed to providing quality nursing education while maintaining clear and transparent admission policies for all candidates.

Programme Eligibility

• B.Sc Nursing is offered exclusively for female candidates. Male applicants are not eligible for this programme.
• P.B.B.Sc Nursing and M.Sc Nursing programmes are open to both male and female candidates.
• An integrated P.B.B.Sc Nursing programme (5 years) is available for all eligible candidates.
• For M.Sc Nursing, applicants must clearly mention at least two preferred specializations in their application form.

Admission Procedure

To secure admission at Cosmic College of Nursing, candidates must:

• Qualify in the entrance examination and personal interview conducted by the institution.
• Fulfill eligibility norms set by the Indian Nursing Council, university guidelines, and relevant nursing councils.
• Complete the online application form, which serves only as an entry for the selection process and does not guarantee admission.

📌 Admission support is available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
📌 The medium of instruction is English for all programmes.

Academic Session

The academic year for all programmes (B.Sc Nursing, P.B.B.Sc Nursing, and M.Sc Nursing) at Cosmic College of Nursing runs from July/August to May/June, as per university norms.

Required Documents for Admission

Selected candidates must present original documents along with three sets of photocopies at the time of admission.

For B.Sc Nursing:

• 10th & 12th mark sheets and certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Character/Conduct certificate
• Migration & Transfer certificates
• Aadhar card (student & parents), PAN card, Voter ID
• Passport-size photographs (6 copies)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Any other relevant certificates

For M.Sc Nursing:

• 10th & 12th mark sheets
• B.Sc Nursing mark sheets (including 4th year) & degree certificate
• Experience certificate
• RN/RM registration certificate
• Relieving order
• ID proofs and photographs
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

For P.B.B.Sc Nursing:

• All the above documents
• GNM mark sheets, diploma, and registration certificate

Application Rejection Policy

Applications at Cosmic College of Nursing may be rejected if:

• Eligibility criteria are not met
• Required documents are not submitted after application
• Candidate fails to attend the entrance test or interview

Admission Cancellation Policy

Admission may be canceled under the following conditions:

• Failure to produce original documents during admission
• Non-payment of the first installment fee within the deadline
• Any discrepancy found in submitted documents
